Abdullahi Diriye

Executive Director

Abdullahi Diriye is the Founder and Executive Director of the Pastoralists Rights and Advocacy Network (ParaNET). He has more than two decades of experience in humanitarian work, governance, and climate justice, with a track record of leading initiatives that connect grassroots needs with national and regional policy processes. His expertise spans organizational leadership, program development, and advocacy, built on years of working across complex humanitarian and governance contexts. Abdullahi holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and Technology.

Abdullahi Yussuf

Programs Manager

Abdullahi Yussuf is the Programs Manager at the Pastoralists Rights and Advocacy Network (ParaNET), responsible for guiding the design, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s programs. With extensive experience in managing projects across humanitarian response and governance. Abdullahi holds a background in development and program management, with expertise in coordination and partnership building.

Ahmed Aden

Programs Officer

Ahmed is a Program Officer at the Pastoralists Rights and Advocacy Network (ParaNET) with over six years of experience leading grassroots programs and working directly with communities. His background includes designing and implementing projects that improve access to services, strengthen local participation, and support inclusive development. He brings skills in program coordination and field-level delivery. Ahmed holds a degree in Education.

Halima Abdinoor

Finance Officer & Admin Officer

Halima Abdinoor is the Finance and Administration Officer at the Pastoralists Rights and Advocacy Network (ParaNET), she handles financial records, administrative tasks, and supports running of daily operations. Halima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Office Administration and Management.
